This place is convenient, spotlessly clean, provides accommodating service, and offers reasonable value, with a superb fruit salad for breakfast.

For a 4 star hotel everything was perfectly fine, I appreciated to be here. The staff was service-oriented and incredibly helpful, I stayed for 1 night. My room was a nice size and well-equipped by furniture. Location: the property was really close to the Congress Center, and the railway line. Had lunch/dinner at Restaurant Nullneun, which I found not too far from the hotel. Had an OUTSTANDING stay here.

Excellent and good location in the center of Graz and easy access to a Christmas market and a market. Easy to access parking and delicious breakfast with superb fruit salad...

This place is spotless, with friendly staff and a great location, all enhanced by fantastic furniture and excellent design.

Stayed here for one night and can recommend it. The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, really close to the Graz Christmas Market and a tram station to the city center. The service was VERY GOOD, no complaint.

The location here is great with a train station nearby, and I'm happy I opted for a spacious luxurious twin room, plus the bathroom was fairly clean.

Convenient location! It's super easy to get around with a tram station right nearby. Plus, you've got a restaurant and California within reach. the staff were all really nice and friendly - can't ask for more than that! 😊

The rooms were spacious and full of character, with a little kitchenette, a sitting area, and even an outdoor terrace. The bathroom was practical and kept clean, and the quality of the bed ensured a comfortable night's sleep for our whole family. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The free wifi worked flawlessly, and the included parking garage was a huge plus. The hotel's location, although not in the city center, was peaceful and easily accessible via a nearby tram line. The price-quality ratio of this hotel is exceptional, and we would definitely choose it again for our next family visit to Graz.

My children wanted a larger breakfast selection, similar to a buffet-style breakfast, where they could choose from a variety of options. However, the quality of the products served during breakfast was still good, so it was only a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is modern and perfect, with outstandingly helpful staff. the location is the best possible and comfy, in the center of Graz. - Breakfast offers superb fruit salad and homemade yogurts.
